Whether Thule or Jakima, one cautionary thing is make sure the bolts aren't too long or jagged because they can catch in the canvas poptop material when it's bunched in the closed position and tear or at least weaken it badly. They can be sawed off at the inside nut and filed smooth, with a dab of silicon to make it even smoother if necessary. The height of the rail can be determined by how long your upright towers are and how high you want your rack to be above your roof. I've got mine about a third of the way down from the top corner of the poptop and that works fine.
