Just did a Google search and turned up lots of info. Apparently it's put out by Motor Trend. You can download it as well, and at this site it is only $14.95, if you do it today! http://www.auto-troubleshooter.com/consumer.htm And, they send you the CD and you get free updates for the next 3 years! There is a lot of info there about the program.
