Damon, 3-M Finesse wiil remove all the scratches and skuffs from the skylight.

I use it often on lexan windsheilds on race cars, and aircraft and it removes them with no effort at all with a polishing bonnet on a buffer.

Availabe at any body shop supply house.

It works wonder's on dull, and scratched paint too--
