Last year, I repaired mine.  Here's what 230k mi on original clutch
pedal/clevis pin looks like (like others said, yoke was fine):

With List guidance I:

Replaced pin w/ slightly larger one from hardware store.

Had muffler shop around the corner fill in the clutch pedal hole w/ weld...
Gave em 5 bucks.

Re-drilled, clutch pedal hole.

Inserted a bushing (with internal diameter matching new pin) into clutch
pedal hole.  JB'd it in place.

Gobbed all w/ grease.


It was a fairly big job, involving dash removal (fixed some other stuff
while in there).  The repair has worked well so far, but I'm wondering how
to relube...
