the rear headrests are the same as the front headrests there is no difference whatsoever.. remove your front seat headrests and you can see what they look like. ps, i have a bunch of headrests for sale if anyone needs some..

others on the list have devised a way to mount headrests on the westy rear sofabed seatback with using part of a generic strap/door hinge..the hinge pin hole in the strap hinge will accept the headrest posts, depending on what size hinge you get.
