I honestly think GoWesty just machines out the middle of the rotor for the syncro, and again I think it is related to the spacers that are used on the syncro versus the 2WD.

I just spent $49.95 each at Go Westy, same part number 22S-615-301. But I looked at thier website today and the price has jumped to $99.95, so either it has increaded 100% or they have decided to only sell them in pairs. PBR pads are also $39.95 at GoWesty.
