We just grabbed an extra bolt from another engine.  (For the double nut)

And then put the O-Ring on dry (it has special tabs on it to keep it in
place) and it worked great.

I plan to try to use the method described below.  But what about the O-ring?
Do you put sealer or oil, or nothing on it?
