Subject: Head Update (getting worse)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Greeting all,

If you have been following the upper cylinder o-ring blew and I decided to replace the heads while I was doing the job (engine had about 92K miles on it)

I replace the heads, gaskets, adjusted the valves etc.. and she started right up and purred!!! Then White smoke (steam) during test drive.

Today I took the head off (only took 3.5 hrs.) and this is what I found:

The o-ring looks like it is good shape????

Part of the oil ring was in the coolant jacket :-( area (#$%$$#$)

What to do??????????

Jere
