I sent them an email asking if there was a money back "Satisfaction
Guarantee".

Here is the reply:

Mike,
We don't offer a money back guarantee.  We feel the website explains the
product very thoroughly and we encourage customers to call or email us with
any questions they have (prior to purchase).
