I use foam rubber blocks cut to fit inside the heater duct cover, round foam rubber plugs for the outside defroster vents and rectangular foam rubber pieces and tape for the center defroster ducts. Cut them all a bit large then compress them to fit in the openings snuggly. Test by opening the heater and defroster levers, putting the fan on '3' and feeling around each opening including the dash-mounted air ducts for air leakage.

Good luck,

TJ
