Lots of us have done this swap. Not hard to do. The speedo wires would be for the cruise control so just ignore them. The 14 pin connector can be opened on one side and then the wires moved to match the positions of the 90 harness. The 2 brown wires on separate pins in the 83 harness should be connected together and put to the same pin as the 90. If you connect a wire from the coil to the 14 pin connector for a tach the oil pressure alarm in the 90 speedo will go off at times. There are a couple ways to deal with this but no time to go into it now. Not a big deal.
