Subject:      loss of power at certain rpm

my problem is that at a certain rpm i loose all power in a range in my 84 westy . it happens at 20 in 2nd 34 in 3rd,and 53 in 4th. i replaced heads,air meter,coil,plugs,dist cap n rotor,ig modual,and tried the capasitor. been to 3 diffrent mechanics and still no one has a clue.this problem only happens in about a 100 rpm range i hope someone can help this is driving me crazy!tnx Christian
