:::I ended up cutting the door to the drivers side battery compartment
:::and leaving the terminals intact. This way you can easily jump start
:::from your optima if need be. (I used the factory caps from the optima
:::to protect the semi-exposed terminals but you can't even tell they are
:::there under the carpet. Keep your terminals and your warantee.
