Temp 2 sensor, vacuum leaks, clogged/fouled injectors, excessive deposits on back of intake valves, or engine compression problem.

I have a new problem that has been growing over time. The Idle is rough when she is first started, and smooths out once she has warmed up a bit. Like about 5 minutes. if I try to drive before then, she can stall, or act jumpy and doggy. When she is cold, if I can coax it up to about 2K RPM while driving, she runs smooth and cruises, but it can be bumpy getting there.

Any Ideas?
