Subject: CV joint lock ring tool

since we recently had the thread about the CV joint lock ring pliers i decided to make a stop by my local sears today. so for the archives:

Craftsman Lock Ring Pliers

Sears item #00947386000 Mfr. model #47386 (also came up under the search by using 947386 as the item #)

Features 1-5/8 in. jaw capacity for external lock rings. Includes knurled right angle tips that securely holds rings. Steel construction for durability and return spring to speed work.

this is the tool that you can use to get the lock ring that holds the CV joint on the axle on and off with. that is unless you like to watch it fly across the room and chase after it :).
