FWIW - My employer paid more to park my Vanagon Camper last year that I did to maintain it; I put just over 10k miles on it in 2004 and do some pretty paranoid maintenance to it. The largest expense I had for any one system during my 5-years of ownership was in keeping the air conditioning functioning.
