Does anyone know of a German Motor Werks in Pittburgh, PA?

I won an EBay auction from them, but have been unable to reach them. No
contact info on the auction, but it appears from Google that this might be
them:

I've sent numerous emails with no response in over a week. Any info on
them would be appreciated. I'd let it slide, but I need some of this stuff...
