Al,

Just imagine that pretty intake manifold tilted due to mounting position caused by diesel bellhousing. Unless you are going to use an adapter plate to keep it in the same angle it is installed in the donor car, you do not have a prayer in getting that to clear your decklid or chnaging your ground clearance.
