Go to a drugstore and get a bottle of glycerin.

Pour a pan full of distilled water and add about a teaspoon of the glycerin to it.

Soak the photos in the water/glycerin for about an hour.

Remove photos and, using a rubber roller, squeegee the photos onto clean glass.

They will pop off when completely dry and they will be flat. The glycerin will keep them from being so brittle. Too much glycerin and they will be like toilet paper and have no stiffness at all.
