Hi Vanagonites,
               Thanks to all those who answered my querry.  I finally
discovered the cause of the loud ban at some start-ups. The part of the
exhaust that goes from the Cat. back toward the pipes from the two heads is
banging on the engine carrier (Left hand side). Seems like this is extra
close to the carrier - obviously closer than my old one was.
