You have the infamous "Westy Kitchen Lean," caused by too much weight (kitchen, propane tank, and driver) being on one side of the vehicle and wearing out the suspension on one side more than the other. Replacing the springs will largely improve (although not necessarily completely eliminate) the condition. Other possible remedies include swapping the left and right springs, or adding a "spring helper" (commonly sold to reduce "butt sag" on cars towing trailers) on the drivers side. Or inviting a particularly large person to occupy your passenger seat for the next 100k miles. :-)
