Saudi is the only place with any reserve capacity left. They are not going to release that capacity because of what would happen if some other producers went off line and there was no capacity to pick up that loss. ---------------------- Clip ---------------------------------- Sounds reasonable except the Russians have lots of oil that they can export as soon as they get through that 45 feet of perma frost. I don't think anybody can forecast how much oil is actually under the pumps. Seems they miscalculated the oil in Alaska and also in the Permian basin along with most tidelands production.
