as a general rule of thumb the the higher the temp rating the greater amount of nickel there is in the anti seize paste. what kind you use kind of depends on what your driving conditions are and how long between the intervals of exhaust disassembly. i second what jimt said, that you can never have to much nickel in the paste when doing exhaust work. besides nickel in the paste i like to put nickel in the nuts, bolts and studs :).
