You can't use stainless for the CV bolts. The proper size is M8 X 1.25 X 48mm. 50mm is fine. Property class is grade 12.9. BTW-if you want to replace the clamp plates, they are $.35 list at the dealer.For the front CV bolts on Syncros, I use 55mm to compensate for those spacer plates.
