Try looking at http://www.buysell.com/ , the online version of the popular Buy and Sell newspaper in Vancouver (comes out on Thursday at newstands) . I just searched for "westfalia" and got over 20 hits. You can also look at Craigslist.com and check under Vancouver, but for some reason CL hasn't caught on in Vancouver just yet...

Call Ed at The Bug Shop in Surrey/Delta, he has lots of Vanagon parts and may know of complete vans for sale. 604-589-2236

If he doesn't have what you want he may be able to point you to a general yard in the are that is wrecking VW's.
