A technique I use for my Vanagon (might not be applicable to other
vehicles including the new Beetle) is to lower the antenna...all the
way down. With the antenna INSIDE the vehicle my tuner can't pick up
those outside FM stations, but picks up the FM broadcast from my Sirius
box quite nicely.
