Just an update on this one...

I called them last week, and was told they got a virus and could not get their email for
over a week. I gave them my CC# and they promised to send out right away, and
gave me a break on shipping. We'll see what happens, no sign of the stuff yet. I also
told them they can complete ebay sales online without the use of email. Seems it
was their first time at EBay. They seemed very nice & apologetic over the phone...
