According to the Freeze-12 website:

"Recharge the A/C system with approximately 10% less Freeze 12® than the recommended factory R-12 charge (refer to the chart above). When the A/C system is fully charged with Freeze 12, the suction line pressure will be about 5-10 psig lower than it was with R-12, depending upon the system."

If you can find out what the original specs for the pressures of R-12 were the calculations should be pretty straight forward. Ambient temperature also has an effect on pressure readings, make sure they are factored in. I would start at 25-psi low/175-psi high and increase pressure while monitoring input/output temperatures at the evaporator.

I use R-134a and look for 35-psi/200-psi high at 90F ambient temperature. I check it with the engine cover in place and the rear hatch closed to avoid pulling hot engine air and exhaust into the evaporator and skewing the readings. Vent temps are around 50F, the best I can usually get is 30-35F difference between evaporator in/out temperatures. Here in Orlando it seems to be enough to keep the interior temperatures below 80F.

Good luck, and let us know what you think of Freeze-12. I haven't heard any good stories about it on the automotive air conditioning boards I visit and have yet to find anyone in/around Orlando who installs it commercially. If there were a cheap R-12 replacement available here in Florida that performed as well as R-12, everyone would be selling/installing it.

I am also suspicious of any manufacturers website that makes performance claims without having the data to back it up. Its really not that difficult to set up this kind of test, so the absence of product testing should be a sign.
