I find it interesting that all these people (like me) have this problem or
related problems and have just been living with it ('til now) instead of
bringing it up and breaking up the tire threads. : )
I also find it strange that all the resident geniuses have been mum about
the solution thus far. Normally we'd have four competing fixes and a couple
of conspiracy theories by now.
My turn signal indicator stays on dimly all the time. When I use the turn
signal, it sometimes just gets brighter, without blinking. Sometimes it
blinks very fast, sometimes normally. Sometimes when I turn the wheel the
horn blats and the wipers go for a turn, which confuses my kids because they
know that wipers mean rain... so they look for the non-existent rain. My
brake fuse blows periodically.
I just figure that I'm gonna have to go through the wiring in the steering
column piece by piece and set everything to rights and see if it gets me
anything.
Should only take about a day and a half, right?
Cya
Robert
