John, ive got a bent vanagon carat wheel that you can have, and cut it in half if you want.. compare it to an audi wheel. whatever..its junk..im used using it to hold a tarp down on a car. as for the audi wheels - audi started using the 5x112 bolt pattern on the '81 5000 turbo...almost 25 years of Audi wheels that will fit..so check your local junkyards. any thing from '81 up as long as its a 5 lug pattern 5000T, TQ, 200T, TQ, '92 up 100, A4, A6, V8, A8, etc.. all audis to present day use 5x112. (except the TT, which is 5x100 highly doubt youll find a TT at your local pick and pull tho.. :<) like i said before..if youre mounting these on a 2wd then the centerbore hub holes must be machined to 2.5" dia, and spacers MAY need to be used up front depending on the offsets (audi wheels had different offsets, ranging from 35-45) if you are mounting them on a Syncro, you may get away without having to do any mods at all, and just bolt them on. with 25 years worth of audi wheels that are 5x112, there are many sizes and offsets so you will have to take that into consideration.
