point taken. in this day and age of lawsuit happy americans, who will sue for coffee being too hot, a booger in their soup, etc, everyone has to watch their butts. disclaimers have become the norm. because someone will always take something you say way too literally or out of context and use it against you.

so i'll add the disclaimer next time to keep the lawyers happy..

im a risk taker... a daring individual... i live life by the seat of my pants.. throwing caution to the wind..without a care about the future... im known in dark circles as the "Man who runs Audi wheels on his vanagon" yes...it has a mysterious ring to it..doesnt it.. :<)
