I had one in my 71 Bus - a model N. It was totally great except for the thigh support. The seat pan is just too long, and you can't push the support back enough to match the original seat pan length. On the other hand, the seat pan height is very slim, just like our Vans now.

Still have the thing sitting in the garage. Don't know what to do with it now. Dark brown fabric. Would look good in your Vanagon. Real good........
