Yeah, Fedex ground seems to be the way to go for the bulky vanagon parts. Their threshold for "dimensional weight" is more generous than UPS. Once I sent a vanagon headliner from here in NC to rural Idaho for about $35. Dropped it off on Saturday and it was there on Monday. That was fluky fast service that I didn't pay for.
