Well, maybe there is a way to tell. Look at the clamps. Are they rusty 1985 factory type clamps? They probably replaced the EASY TO GET TO hoses, not all of them. The ones with US made clamps are the hoses they replaced. I'd bet a forensic exam would even tell you what type hose. It likely didn't burn uder the clamps, not ALL of them!
