On the right side, remove the glove box (the straps unclip, but be caseful not to break them)) and
reach up behind and release the tabs on the right and left side of the vent.  it will slide out
towards the seat.  Same on the left side, but one has to reach up in there, maybe removing the
fuse box etc.  When you replace then, switch the sides so that the directional lever is not so far
behind the steering wheel.  M
