the stock factory floor tracks and the beige painted aluminum decorative cover plates came in the following westys only: -all '84 WOLFSBURG GL westys (not the regular GL westys) -all '85 GL westys -and SOME early '86 westy GL's.

thats it.. in canada, some later model GL westys had the floor rails, but they werent too common.

the only thing these aluminum track covers are for is decoration, and to make the floor flush when the seat is not being used. they are not crucial to installing a middle seat in a westy, (a properly cut strip of wood can fill the tracks when the seat isnt being used) but they do make a nice factory finish touch.

i parted out a '84 wolfsburg GL westy a few yrs ago, and i had a set of these floor track covers but they are long gone.
