You can buy a tester at Harbor Freight that will test if there is any current running out of your battery when everything is switched off. It is the kind that you hold around a cable and can tell you if there is current in it moving. And you can buy there a Load Tester for the best price too that would check if your battery is up to what it should be. Batteries can loose charge in the cold when they old much faster.
