HI Scott,

I'd start by checking the "running out of Gas" symptoms. Plugged fuel filter. Water in the fuel cause the filter media to swell. You could try a health dose of gas treatment designed to elimante water. Or change the filter. Better yet, drain the old gas, a bit to remove accumulated water from the tank, then change the filter.
