One of the most common used connectors is the flat 4 connector. The euro wiring uses what is called 5 wire. You can buy an adapter (believe a list member mentioned one on his store) that you simply open up the deck lid and isolate the wires to one of the brake/signal light housings and splice in with the clips provided. You then have a flat 4 plug to fit most trailers. Many (but not all) of the bigger connectors are for class three tows with brakes.
