You don't. There are simply so many nooks and crannies
in the cooling system that unless you are able to pick
the van up and shake it, you will always leave some
coolant lurking somewhere.

Essentially, the idea is simply to repeatedly drain
and fill with fresh (or distilled) water, until you
are sure it is nearly 100% clean. (Probably a good
opportunity to use a Gunk-type flusher/cleaner product
first.) Drain one final time, which will remove about
half the total capacity, then add enough UNDILUTED
coolant to top up the system, which should get you
pretty darn near the desired 50:50 mix ratio.
