This is where the nice person at the Fedex counter can really make a difference. The scale can't be fudged, but that cloth measuring tape often gets stretched or read low on purpose, I think. Hell, it's probably (Fedex) policy to cheat the company a little and make every customer feel special. No better way to make them come back. A good company! Al Brase
