adventurewagens had magnetic screens that could be placed over the window's when not in moving. The screw on ones were only ASI or other conversions.

all vanagon westfalias had plastic framed window screens with nylon screening. if you have aluminum, its aftermarket. i know that ASI's and Adventurwagens used Aluminum framed screens bolted to the outside of the windows..
