I'm having my 1.6 TD block bored for a rebuild and need a set of TD pistons. I will probably need the .020 oversize. These differ from the regular diesel pistons in that they have a notch in the skirt for the oil squirters and are said to be made from a different alloy than the NA diesel pistons. My machine shop is looking, but I'm afraid they'll come up with some inferior parts and I want a second source/opinion. Thanks for any leads, Jim |
