What works really nice is a furniture dolly under the engine. I've pulled the works a couple times out of my '91 with no problems. Just be careful, as it really does weigh around 400 pounds assembled. You will need to have the back end of the van up about 20" to allow the engine and dolly to clear on the way out. I unbolt the rear mount first, then the front mount after the engine is resting on the dolly, then raise the car to let it all slide out. The AT cooler lines are easier to get at once the back end is lowered a few inches.
