Just speculating here based on my limited knowledge of the system, but it sounds like it could be a couple things. If the light comes on at ignition on without the engine running and stays on at idle, that means the .3bar sensor circuit is going to ground somewhere between the instrument cluster and the sensor. If you don't see voltage on the wire by the sensor, then it sounds to me like either the wire is shorted to ground somewhere, or the oil pressure monitoring system is frotzed. I don't know if the .9bar wire has voltage all the time or if it only heats up above 2000rpm though, so I don't know what it means that it has no voltage.
