I've been using two of those since last August. I mounted one vertically on the pillar right behind the sliding door. I ran a small wire to pull power from the dome light just above the window. I sank two self-tapping screws into the pillar and mounted the light on the screw heads. Works great but only problem is it tends to get knocked off in that location. I mounted the other one with velcro onto the shelf above the two storage bins in front of the closet. -Hans
