This is I-19 (Between Tucson AZ and the US/Mexico 
border) 

There are stops *always* just north of 
the Chavez Siding Rd. exit. (Tubac
AZ)
 
When traffic is *way* backed up on the interstate, 
be sure and take the exits *just prior* and hit the frontage 
road 'checkpoint'  (tip from the locals here)  

you'll save a good half hour's wait at times.
