It make sense Dennis.... the rear seal is to small for the pulley...and it is leaking there...thanks.

It was obvious, but the Gasket kit akways have the smaller one.... i was quoted 106$ at the dealer, about 80 USD, but in 91 they have 2 parts number, i have ordered those 2 to see the difference. one is 69$ CAD (about 55USD)...

The thing is now i have to change back the one on the other syncro i did....grrrrrrrrrrr
