Robert,
I've lived in AZ for 50 years, and have never seen border guards
stopping traffic on I-10, though they regularly do it on I-17, which is
the road from Tucson to the border town of Nogales. I'll admit I rarely
travel east of Tucson, though I occasionally do. Where did this occur?
