Everytime I try, it > seems like I'm going to rip it or damage the panel. > > Thanks! > depends on what model you have. those with exposed snaps...those are a one time deal. i dont care what enyone else will tell you, you will either F up your hatch panel or the clips.. you cant save them both. if you are careful, you might be able to salvage a few. get yourself a trim panel tool (looks like a small prybar with a forked head, or a big flathead screwdriver, and a pair of wire cutters or needlenose pliers..and a rag or block of wood to keep from scratching the paint. basically its a pain in the butt.. and if u get new clips, buy them from NAPA.. the universal black plastic ones with the phillips head.. they are re-useable. you screw them in, it expands the tabs on the back. paint them grey or tan if u dont like black.. chris |
